Candidates with a master’s degree in statistics, population studies, or population studies are encouraged to apply. Eligibility Criteria for IIPS Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Research Officer
- Candidate must have passed a Master’s Degree in Statistics/Population Studies/Demography
- Knowledge of large-scale data like Census, NFHS, LASI, NSSO, etc.
- Knowledge of statistical software STATA, SPSS, SAS, R, Python, etc.
- Knowledge of linear algebra, regression analysis, biostatistics, applied algorithms, and time series analysis.
Experience:-
(i) PhD degree awarded in Statistics/ Population Studies/ Demography
(ii) Experience in the application of machine learning methods and web-scrapping,
(iii) Excellent command of handling R software.
Salary – Rs.50000/- per month (Consolidated)
Selection Process for IIPS Recruitment 2024
The selection process includes the necessary qualifications and criteria for reviewing applications.
