Eligibility Criteria for AIESL Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:-
1. SR Executive (MM) –
- Candidate must have passed MBA/PGDM and have a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience. Management. Will extend for 5 years on an FTE basis depending on company requirements and candidate performance.
Age Limit:- Candidates’ upper age limit should be 55 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Emoluments: The starting all-inclusive emolument offered would be Rs.1,24,670/- per month.
2. Executive (MM) LEVEL-I –
- Candidate must have passed MBA/PGDM and have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Materials Management.
or - Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years post-qualification experience in Materials Management with a B.Tech or equivalent.
Age Limit:- Candidates’ upper age limit should be 55 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Emoluments: The starting all-inclusive emolument offered would be Rs.89,735/- per month.
3. Officer (MM) –
- Candidate should pass B.Tech or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in material management.
or - Candidate must be a Graduate with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in Materials Management.
or - Candidate must be a Graduate with a minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in General Industry work.
Age Limit:- Candidates’ upper age limit should be 45 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Emoluments: The starting all-inclusive emolument offered would be Rs.47,625/- per month.
Selection Process for AIESL Recruitment 2024
The selection process involves a personal interview for candidates who meet the eligibility criteria. In addition, candidates will undergo a pre-employment medical examination. The final decision will be made on the basis of the candidate’s performance in the interview and medical examination.
