The delay in the examination schedule is believed to be due to the interim Lok Sabha elections, which necessitated a postponement. The Clerkship Examination will be conducted over two days, specifically on November 16 and November 17, 2024, which fall on a Saturday and Sunday. This two-day schedule aims to accommodate the large number of applicants and ensure a smooth examination process.

Part-I (Objective Type):

Total Marks: 100
Subjects: English (30 marks), General Studies (40 marks), Arithmetic (30 marks)
Part II (Conventional Type – Written):
Duration: 1 hour
Total Marks: 100
Subjects: English (Group A, 50 marks), Bengali/Hindi/Urdu/Nepali/Santali (Group B, 50 marks)
Computer Operation and Typing Assessment:
Assessed after qualifying in Part-I and Part-II.
