Eligibility Criteria for IIT Dhanbad Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Manager (Innovation)
- Candidate must have passed first class B.Tech./ Mining/ Electronics/ Mechanical/ Robotics & Automation/ Computer Science/ Mechatronics degree from any institute leading
or - Candidate must have passed First Class Master’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology from a leading institute.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience and expertise in innovation, product development, start-ups, and CPS technology.
Essential Experience –
(i) At least 3 years of work experience in the technology business sector in innovation, incubation, and entrepreneurship-related activities.
(ii) Having experience in such technology hubs or research parks for overall technological development.
Age Limit:- Candidates’ upper age limit should be 45 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
Salary – Rs.50,000 to 60,000/- per month (consolidated) with 3-10% increment based on performance
Selection Process for IIT Dhanbad Recruitment 2024
Shortlisted candidates will be informed through email to attend the interview. Selected candidates should bring original certificates and supporting documents for verification at the time of joining.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. Written tests may also be conducted for interviews to shortlist the candidates. Final selection will be based on performance in the interview.
