Eligibility Criteria for Repco Bank Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Managing Director
- Candidate must have passed Graduation or CA/ ICWA/ CAIIB/ Diploma in Cooperative Business Management in any stream from a recognized University.
- Knowledge of the local language ie Tamil.
Desirable Qualification:
Candidate must have passed a Diploma/ Certification in Computer Application/Cyber Law/Labor Law/Finance/Accountancy/ Law.
Experience:
(a) Minimum 8 years experience in the financial sector at middle/ senior level viz Banks/ Credit Societies.
(b) Minimum 25 years of overall banking experience out of which 20 years in officer cadre in a bank/ credit society.
Age Limit:- Applicant’s age should not be less than 54 years and not more than 58 years. For this, age will be calculated as of 01.05.2024.
Pay Scale: The selected candidate will be paid on the scale of Rs.2,05,400/- to 2,24,400/- plus all normal admissible allowances and appurtenances.
