AIASL Recruitment Selection Process 2024
The selection process for Duty Manager-Passenger, Junior Officer-Technical, Junior Officer-Customer Service, Customer Service Executive, and Junior Customer Service Executive includes a personal or virtual interview, and may involve a group discussion depending on the response.
For Ramp Service Executive and Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver, a trade test comprising trade knowledge and driving test, followed by a personal or virtual interview, will be conducted. Handyman/Handywoman positions will require a physical endurance test, followed by a personal or virtual interview.
