Eligibility Criteria for Bank of Baroda Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- FLC Counsellor
- Candidate must have passed graduation from a recognized university. Preference will be given to postgraduate degree holders in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, and Social Work.
- Must be well versed in regional language.
- Must have teaching and computer knowledge skills. Candidates for the post of FLOC Counselor can be selected from the open market. Counselors should have good knowledge of banking, insurance, investment, pensions, law, finance, essential communication team building skills, etc.
Experience:–
(i) Candidate should be a banker with a minimum of 5 years experience in Nationalized Bank/ RRB/ Pvt. Bank.
(ii) Candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in banking/ related field, NBFCs/FIs.
(iii) Business Correspondent/ BC- Coordinator with minimum 5 years experience.
(iv) Ex RSETI Director/ Faculty with minimum 5 years experience.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 64 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form.
