Eligibility Criteria for IRCTC Recruitment 2024
Education Qualification:- Additional General Manager/ Tourism
- Candidate must have Passed a Graduate degree from a recognized university.
Desirable Qualification:- Post Graduate Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism or Business Administration from a recognized university.
Experience: – Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the Travel & Tourism Department/ Travel & Tourism Sector in Government Organizations (Central/ State Government/ Central or State PSUs/ Autonomous Bodies) having experience in managing the travel and tourism business of the organization.
Age Limit – Candidates’ upper age limit should be 55 years according to their posts as per the last date of receipt of the application form. No relaxation of age is allowed on immediate absorption.
Pay Scale – Rs.90000 to 240000/-
Selection Process for IRCTC Recruitment 2024
The selection process involves evaluating the candidates based on their eligibility criteria, including qualifications, experience, and age as of the last date of vacancy notification. Those who meet the criteria will be invited for an interview, where qualities such as performance appraisal, educational/ professional qualifications, experience, and communication skills will be assessed.
