Names of willing and eligible officers exempted by the State Government/Ministry/Department may be sent to the Department along with Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance, detailed biodata in the enclosed proforma, and CR dossier of the last five years.

All India Services or any organized Group ‘A’ Service of the Government of India (participating under the Central Staffing Scheme), eligible for appointment at Director or equivalent level (Level-13) under the Central Staffing Scheme, can apply.
